"Literally used to be a decent insurance office. I don’t know what happened but they never want to answer the phone. They can’t seem to figure out when there’s a problem when they do answer the phone they tell you they’ll call you back they won’t. Completely messed up. My insurance had to switch to a different insurance on after dealing with them and the 1-800 number for basically two months and nobody can give me an answer on why my insurance was messed up and then hit me with a big bill, I’m super glad that I switched insurances."
